  12. I'm trying to locate the Windows 3.11 & Windows NT  NDIS network API
  13. docs to allow a direct programming interface to the NDIS drivers on
  14. those platforms. I have used packet drivers in the past on DOS &
  15. Windows but it seems NDIS is the standard for all newer MS operating
  16. systems.

  18. 3COM have the NDIS2.xx real mode API docs on their Web site but
  19. nothing that covers NDIS 3 protected mode that I can discover.

  21. I need to write programs that send and receive  *raw* Ethernet packets
  22. for packet monitoring and generation, and I understand NDIS will let
  23. me do that.  No luck with MS so far, and MSVC++ 2 & 4  Help has
  24. nothing on the subject.  I have MSDN Level 1, do Level 2 or 3 have the
  25. information?
